REALITi Version 11.17.0
Latest Improvements
Atlas
We’ve improved CPR functionality and stability on additional monitors:
- CPR feedback now correctly appears on supported additional monitors when the primary monitor is connected to a CPR device
- Resolved a crash that occurred when selecting CPR Console as an additional monitor while the primary monitor was connected to a CPR device
- Fixed crashes during compressions on Schiller Defigard and Physiogard when they were used as additional monitors
We’ve fixed an issue with CPR logging on Atlas Adult Gen 1 and Gen 2 manikins:
- Recoil depth values in logs now record correctly instead of always showing as “-1”
Corpuls
We’ve fixed issues with prompts and audio in C3:
- Corrected the DEMAND mode message when ECG electrodes are removed, which now displays “No ECG cable in DEMAND mode” instead of “Pause”
- Fixed AED text and voice prompts when switching from Monitor mode so they match the pie chart state
- Restored the “Perform CPR” voice prompt when returning to AED with the pie chart running
- Adjusted Start Auto Analysis so AED prompts display and sound correctly
- Resolved an issue where AED voice prompts could still be heard while in Monitor mode
We’ve updated arrow icons and controls for better clarity and consistency in C1:
- Replaced “Up” and “Down” text buttons with arrow icons on Pacing intensity and frequency screens
- Improved adjustment behavior for intensity and frequency when using the arrow keys
- Updated arrow icons in soft key buttons, the Settings menu, and Manual Defib energy selection screens
We’ve improved German translations in Controller:
- Fixed issues with Advanced ICP Controls, Advanced PAP Controls, and clinical/monitoring terms
- Added translations for Imported Image and Imported Video labels
- Corrected casing for the USE OFFLINE button and resolved a translation issue for Urine – Ketones
- Standardized wording where existing translations were inconsistent
We’ve corrected the default alarm limits for heart rate (HR), oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and pulse rate (PR):
- C1 and C3 now correctly use their default HR, SpO₂, and PR alarm limits when launched on their own
Facilitator
We’ve updated the default settings for ETCO₂ and respiratory rate in Control and scenarios:
- ETCO₂ now defaults to 39
- Respiratory rate (RR) now defaults to 12
- These values are applied at startup, when connecting a new monitor, and when creating a new scenario
- The REALITi Welcome Scenario and quick start scenarios have also been updated (this change applies if “copy default scenarios on startup” is selected and the app is restarted; any custom changes to scenarios will be overwritten)
CPR Band
We’ve added logging to improve troubleshooting for the CPR band:
- Logs are now recorded when using the CPR band, making it easier to identify and resolve issues
Nihon Kohden – EMS1052
We’ve improved translations and language support:
- Added translations for the 12-Lead ECG button and front panel in Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, and Romanian
- Adjusted font size, style, and layout to ensure translated text displays correctly
- Updated styling for AED and Pacing labels with orange background highlights
We’ve fixed a display issue in Manual mode:
- The compression graph no longer appears during energy charge when no CPR device is connected
We’ve improved the display of heart rate values in numerics:
- Fixed an issue where the HR value shrank when highlighted in Large and Normal Numerics
- Added a restriction so that HR highlighting does not appear when the ECG source is PAD
We’ve made several improvements to the CPR assist feature for clearer feedback during compressions:
- Bars now show the correct starting compression depth when compressions do not begin from zero
- Bar visuals updated to improve clarity, including adjusted width/height and the addition of grey bars for better release and compression feedback
- “CPR Good Compressions” message now displays on a white background
- Bars turn turquoise when compressions meet the correct depth and rate, while other bars remain red
- Improved padding for compression values, “CPR-Comp,” and “Tempo /m” labels to ensure consistent spacing
We’ve fixed the ETCO₂ display in Control when connected to EMS1052 to ensure clearer and more consistent feedback:
- The ETCO₂ eye icon now has only two states: OFF (grey with a line) and ON (blue without a line)
- Removed the incorrect third “pale” eye state
- Toggling the ETCO₂ eye now correctly updates both ETCO₂ and RR text visibility together
- When OFF, the waveform and text are grey and hidden; when ON, they are blue and visible
We’ve updated the UI with new Japanese translations:
- Corrected mistranslations and missing Japanese labels
- Fixed line breaks so text displays as intended
- Adjusted font sizing so Japanese text fits properly without breaking into unnecessary lines
- Updated age units and other NIBP interval labels
- Removed extra periods that were incorrectly added to some translations
Lifepak 15
We’ve fixed an issue with cardioversion shocks on the LifePak monitor:
- Joule settings now remain at the last manually entered value (e.g., 100 J) for subsequent shocks, instead of auto-escalating
Maintenance
We’ve upgraded the Instabug iOS SDK to version 16.0.2 to maintain compatibility with upcoming iOS releases
Zoll X Advanced
We’ve improved patient mode settings:
- Heart rate and pulse rate alarm parameters now adjust correctly when switching to Pediatric or Neonate modes
