REALITi 360 Update 11.19.0

REALITi 360 Version 11.19.0

Latest Improvements

Hamilton T1

  • Beta features: We have introduced EtCO₂/SpO₂ modelling. Spontaneous Breathing & NIV remain beta and continue to be refined. Interpret the impact of NIV leak on VTE with caution.
  • High Flow / HiFlowO₂: Improved bar graph auto-scaling for oxygen and flow with independent scaling and smoother transitions. Refined HiFlowO₂ trends with correct right-to-left updates, consistent time scaling, hourly markers, a fixed 6-hour Trends view, and resolved Standby dial and monitoring update issues.
  • Ventilation monitoring: Corrected monitored IE, Ti, Te, and VTe to display real-time values. Fixed an incorrect VTE alarm message in NIV mode.
  • Controls & access: Ventilator controls, modelling control, and the ventilator tab are now visible and active for all users. NIV, NIV-ST, and HiFlow modes are enabled by default.
  • Waveforms & pressure: Corrected pressure display and behaviour in SIMV+, PSIMV+, SPONT, NIV, and NIV-ST modes where pressure support is present, including on additional monitors. Fixed waveform and numeric distortion when multiple T1 monitors are connected.
  • Waveform scaling & markers: Pressure, Flow, and Volume waveform scales now adjust accurately across their full range at the correct timeline point. Fixed trigger marker alignment and improved spontaneous breath markers to display at the start of each breath cycle.
  • Dials & parameters: Improved EMV responsiveness once VTE and fTotal stabilise. Refined orange dot indicators to correctly represent soft min/max limits. Improved dial alignment, interaction, and value handling across adult and neonatal modes, including correct carry-over or reset when switching modes or patient types.
  • Standby & sync: Improved Standby control behaviour for Rate, Vt, and ΔPcontrol. Corrected Plimit/PEEP relationship rules and improved PSync behaviour for synchronised and independent adjustments.
  • Event handling & stability: Prevented parameters from auto-updating or appearing while editing events in REALITi Control, and stopped PaO₂/FiO₂ Ratio from being automatically added when creating new events while connected to a T1 screen. Fixed crashes when switching from Hamilton T1 to other monitors, including scenarios using 18-lead ECG with ventilators.
  • Spontaneous breathing logic: Corrected spontaneous breath detection during ventilation by fixing EtCO₂ set-point logic.

Defibrillators & Monitors

  • Zoll X: Fixed filtered CPR ECG disappearing after shock
  • Zoll X Advanced: Added support for configurable escalating defibrillation energy
  • Nihon Kohden EMS1052: Fixed pacing button labels, CPR text/timer visibility, and waveform/message layering issues
  • Corpuls: Fixed AED Analyse button flashing and corrected Auto Limits alarm behaviour
  • TMS: Restored scenario switching from the student data area

Facilitator

  • Fixed Advanced Respiratory Controls RR alignment on iPad (9th Gen)
  • Corrected HiFlowO₂ flow display range when connected to T1
  • Improved ECG behaviour after shock, so post-shock signals update immediately
  • Fixed Pacer Settings “+” button visibility on 10.2″ iPads (German translation)
  • Updated SVV behaviour (5–50% range, default 5%, all options visible, randomiser when RR = 0)
  • Added detailed connection logs with timestamps
  • Fixed Occlusion layout issues on newer iPads (iOS 18+)

Scenarios, Screens & Hardware

  • Fixed scenario sharing between iPads on the same Wi-Fi network
  • Prevented accidental closures caused by iOS 26.x gestures on multiple screens
  • Added battery level indicators for CPR Band and CPR Puck (charge status not supported)
  • Atlas: Improved CO₂ waveform behaviour during ventilation, enabled etCO₂ display from first breath, and fixed a Wi-Fi configuration crash on Atlas Junior
  • Simplified CPR Band renaming
