Update CTGi to activate these improvements:

• Paper not updating on monitor when changed
• Change in paper speed changes rendering
• Change scenario and new scenario cannot be played
• Can see main menu through keyboard in annotations
• Old facilitator names are retained
• Diastolic Blood Pressure not visible
• +/- buttons not visible
• Full screen not visible on iPad Air 5
• Screen goes black when load a scenario for the first time
• Notes show blank white box
